2. Services Description

White Wrenn provides a technology platform for managing a portfolio of physical gold and silver. Our Services allow you to buy, sell, and transfer holdings digitally.

• Important Disclaimer: The precious metals are held in physical, allocated form on your behalf. We do not deliver the physical asset to you, the end consumer. Your interaction with the asset is solely through the digital management of your portfolio.
• Role of Channel Partners: Channel Partners integrate our Services into their own platforms. You are also subject to the terms of the Channel Partner you use. White Wrenn is not responsible for the actions or policies of Channel Partners.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the use of our Services is permitted.
• Complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) and verification process to our satisfaction.

4. User Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
