Disclaimer for Channel Partners & Associates
This document outlines the specific terms applicable to Channel Partners, Associates, and other entities integrating the Services of White Wrenn Services Private Limited ("White Wrenn").
1. License to Use Services
Subject to these Terms, White Wrenn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate our APIs, SDKs, or web redirects into your website, application, or point-of-sale system to enable your users to access White Wrenn's Services.
2. White-Labeling and Branding
* You may be permitted to white-label the user interface to maintain your brand identity.
* Mandatory Attribution: Regardless of white-labeling, you must clearly display the text "Powered by White Wrenn Services Private Limited" or use our provided logo in a visible location on all screens where our Services are utilized.
3. Your Responsibilities
As a Channel Partner, you agree to:
* Ensure your users agree to White Wrenn's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
* Implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.
* Not make any warranties or representations about our Services that are not contained in our official documentation.
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
* Cooperate with White Wrenn for user KYC/AML checks as required.
4. Data Handling
You will have access to certain user data. You must have your own privacy policy that clearly discloses how you collect, use, and share user data, and you must obtain all necessary consents from your users. You are solely responsible for your data handling practices.
5. Liability
White Wrenn's liability to you as a Channel Partner is limited as set forth in the main Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for your relationship with your end-users, including customer support for issues related to your platform. White Wrenn provides support only for issues directly stemming from our core API/SDK functionality.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these terms or engage in any activity that we believe could harm our reputation or our users.
